Junior Auxiliary of Tipton County was founded 1976 and serves the entire Tipton County area through community and child welfare projects.
Members are encouraged render charitable services which are beneficial to the general public, with particular emphasis on children; and to cooperate with other organizations performing similar services.On average the chapter performs over 2,000 community service hours each year.
Junior Auxiliary of Tipton County is a part of the National Association of Junior Auxiliaries (NAJA), a non-profit organization founded in 1941 with headquarters in Greenville, MS. NAJA has more than 15,000 active, associate, and life members in 100 Chapters in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee and Texas.
Junior Auxiliary of Tipton County is ready to kick off the holiday season in style with the 9th Annual Fall Shopping Frenzy on November 3 and 4 at Brighton High School.
The Fall Shopping Frenzy has become a popular annual community event that pairs local artisans and vendors with the Junior Auxiliary of Tipton County, offering an opportunity for shoppers to get a head start on their holiday gift shopping, while also
serving as the primary fundraiser for the
Junior Auxiliary of Tipton County’s service projects.
National Association of Junior Auxiliaries Opens Graduate Scholarship Program for Applicants
The National Association of Junior Auxiliaries (NAJA) Graduate Scholarship Program annually awards scholarships to persons pursuing graduate level studies in fields which address the special needs of youth. Deadline to apply is February 1, 2018. Read more.
