Junior Auxiliary gives primary consideration to children, therefore requiring each chapter to have at least one Child Welfare Project for which it has full administrative responsibility. Project must provide one more of the basic necessities of life such as food, clothing, shelter, and/or emotional support; and  ​there must be an ongoing relationship and commitment established between the Chapter members and the recipient to qualify. Along with the Child Welfare Project, the National Association of Junior Auxiliary’s develops a National Focus – our current focus is “keeping it real in a virtual world”.

Each year the Junior Auxiliary of Tipton County develops projects based upon the Child Welfare Project and the National Focus,and evaluates our community’s needs to focus our year’s work.

Learn to Serve - National Child Welfare Project Mentoring the next generation on the importance for service, JATC will partner with Munford Middle School to give students the opportunity to serve their community.
Snack PacksProviding supplemental food to school-age children weekly throughout Tipton County.

Traveling Library*NEW*Recognizing the importance of literacy, members will host pop-up reading events throughout the county to share the love of reading with children.
Family Fun Day *NEW*Families from across the county are invited to join JATC for a fun day playing games, meeting neighbors and enjoying the outdoors.
Career Fair Preparing high school students for employment and futures careers through the help of resume building and interview skills.
Emergency AssistanceAssisting families in crisis on a case-by-case basis.
